My Hp Photosmart Printer C410a Photo Images Are Cut Off

Not sure what you infer to pictures are cut off. It could be down to the original image size to the size of paper. If you image has a larger amount of pixels than you have set up then the actual print size will be too big. You need to check the software to verify that you have set the actual print size and that the paper size you are using match. Testing on plain paper is the best way.

Also try www.irfanview.com for free open source image editing software which may help with solving your problem.
