New Black Cartridge Installed Not Printing Any Black On Page
I INSTALLED A NEW BLACK CARTRIDGE AND I CANT GET IT TO PRINT BLACK INK ON THE PAGE. I HAVE UNINSTALLED AND REINSTALLED PRINTER, CLEANED HEAD, TRIED ANOTHER CARTRIDGE, REINSTALLED FACTORY SETTINGS STILL NO BLACK.
DID ALIGNMENT AND IT FAILED.

Did you remove the tape from the cartridge before installing it? There is typically a strip of tape separating the toner from the developer. You need to remove this tape before installing the toner cartridge.
