According to an HP rep:
"First, try a printer reset - turn off, unplug power from the back of the printer, wait 30 seconds, plug in and turn on.
Next, try to re-seat the printheads. Take out the ink tanks. Using the gray lever on the right side of the carriage, re-seat the printhead assembly. Re-assemble and test again."
I can locate no additional information on the error
