Hello clarencewolff,
To connect the HP Printer with your device you will need to install the printer driver onto your device.
The HP Support page for your model will have the driver which you can download and install yourself located here.
Once at the link, Choose your operating system from the dropdown menu and click next to view the driver to download.

If you are using Windows 7 or Windows 8, you can install the HP Printer Install Wizard, which will determine, and install, which printer driver is best for your operating system for you.
Either method you choose should take you through the steps for setting up your printer once the driver has been installed.
