Hp 4700 Install
I am unable to install the print driver of the
cd, it installed the scan portion but not the Print driver, when I try to install it again it replies already installed but I am still unable to print. I have another HP printer installed on both my laptops. HP 3050. Does this make a difference.

The very first thing you have to do is uninstall the driver software of your HP Photosmart C4700 printer. You can do this by following these steps.
1. Click Start
2. Click Control Panel
3. Under Programs, click Uninstall a Program
4. Locate the software installed for your HP
5. Right click the icon and click Uninstall
After that, you can now freely install the driver software. You download it here:
