Photosmart 5510d Scanner For Windows Xp
I have Photosmart 5510d (OVT) scanner for editing and transferring negatives and slides to hard drive, installed on my old computer. supported by Windows XP. Now I have a newer computer with Windows 7, installed. The CD software disc(for Windows XP) loaded the program onto my hard drive OK, it seemed to instal without any problems, however, the computer error says "device not recognized". Do I need an update for Windows 7 platfform?
