Need Help With Scanner.
My HP PSC 750 - printer-scanner-copier, will not enlarge a wallet size picture, to a larger picture. It scans to the same size.

That is correct. You cannot resize a picture on the scanner/printer itself. You will need to resize it using some photo editing software on your PC. Although technically there's no need to resize the picture since you can zoom in and out on the computer and print it to whatever size you want.
