Designjet 45500 'cannot Use Media Sensor To Measure Media' Any Help???

When loading media, I get an error saying it cannot use media sensor to measure media. Than asks if I want to measure manually. I never had to do this before and it was just working the other day, the machine has been moved to a new office since and I am not sure if maybe wire has been disconnected. Please let me know if you can help. Joe
