Get a cotton-tipped swab. Dip it in Isopropol Alcohol (the kind that you probably already have in your medicine cabinet). THEN, "scrub" each of the rollers - and rotate them as you scrub - and you will likely see the swab fill with various minute "threads." These are just small "grains" left by the paper you've already run through the printer. (In essence, the rollers have become too "slick" to pick up paper as they are now covered with paper "dust.") You want them to feel like a new rubber band when you're through cleaning - not like a rubber band coated with grease.

NOW, THIS TECHNIQUE WILL ONLY WORK, if you first make certain that when you try to print, you visually watch the little wheels and they ARE SPINNING - but the paper is not being "gripped." If they are not even spinning - then, I'm afraid your problem is MECHANICAL and I have no idea whether that can be fixed or if the charge to do so would be more than the cost of purchasing a new printer

Thanks
