How To View Stored Faxes On My Computer As An Image File?

Greetings - When this is preset, the faxes are automatically saved in your computer within a pre-specified folder in your desired format (either pdf/tiff). And Tiff allows you to veiw them as photos and both formats are printable. You can go to the faxes on the device memory to see if you have an option you can still use to move/copy those that are already there to destinations like USB/memory card or any another that will help in getting them to the computer. Greetings again - You can try the following to print faxes stored in memory - (with papers loaded)

1. Setup Button

2. Select Tools

3. Select Reprint Faxex from Memory

4. To stop printing you click Cancel.
