Not Working
I bought this mouse new about a month ago and now all of a sudden it has stopped working. I tried turning the mouse on and off as well as pressing the connect button. I have shutdown my computer as well as reset it several times. The bluetooth dectetor resconizes the mouse and does not sense any problems. How do I correct this issue. I know the mouse has some battery power.

Make sure the mouse battery has a FULL charge. Make sure the surface you use it on is correct for the mouse.
If it still has issues with a full charge and is being detected by the PC take it back and get another one. Explain the situation to the retailer and state that you are dis-satisified and would like a replacement.
