Hp Ipaq Bluetooth Keyboard Fa802aa To Be Used With My Ipad.

I have used a Thinkoutside bluetooth keyboard with my iPad, so I know that it supports bluetooth keyboards. But I have not be able to connect my iPaq Bluetooth FA802AA.  The iPad just does not discover it, even though the bluetooth feature is working on the iPad and the keyboard is transmitting.
