Passwort After Cold Reset For Networking Tab At En3700

Hello, I am using an HP LJ2015n with an EN3700.After a cold reset, the EN3700 takes an IP address from the router. After calling the IP address in a browser I see the normal web interface with the tabs Status, Setting and Networking.If I now select the Networking tab, I am asked for a user name and password. Which user name do I have to enter here?I have tried the following usernames/passwords without success:empty / emptyAdmin / emptyadmin / emptyAdmin / Admin000admin / admin000Has anyone a correct user/passwort please?Greetings ThomasTranslated with www.DeepL.com/Translator (free version)

The default username and password for the HP En3700 is admin / admin. If you have tried these credentials and they are not working, then it is possible that the print server has been configured with different credentials.

To check the print server's configuration, you can try printing a Network Configuration Report. To do this, follow these steps:

Turn on the printer.

Press and hold the MENU button for about 5 seconds.

The printer will display the Network Configuration menu.

Select Print Network Configuration Report.

The printer will print a report that includes the print server's IP address, username, and password.

If you are still unable to access the print server's web interface, then you may need to contact HP support for assistance.

Here are some other things you can try:

Make sure that you are entering the correct username and password.

Try resetting the print server to factory defaults. To do this, follow these steps:

Turn off the printer.

Hold down the ONLINE button and the GO button.
