My Printer Cant Print. Media Jam.???
pc says media jam
the printer feeds the paper in and gets stuck halfway.
tried repeating to click the button to remove the paper out but it repeats itself again when i feed it paper again. help.

You have to switch off the power supply and restart the computer.if you have already removed the jammed paper while using the new paper check correct thickness of the paper.
The printer after restart will now have aligned to to correct start position and will new print the old print file the command still exists.
Then you can print any file you need.
If you have still problem that printer may not work. you log in to printer trouble shoot and delete the old pending commands for print and it will work for new command and print.
