My Black Ink Is Not Printing
All other colours are printing on test print but the black colour. I have check the print levels and its ok. I even bought a new black ink but it seems not to be the problem. the printer is new and hardly used. What should i do?

I would suggest that if you have purchased genuine HP cartridges and it still will not print black. Test printing a simple text page should show it working. I am not aware of the retail obligations of sellers where you are but if it is less than 1 year old and you still have the receipt I would return it to the shop you bought it from. The decision as to repair or replace lies between you and the retailer based on your local laws.
