1. Make a working area, an area that you don’t mind have the ink spill. Cover it with paper-towel, or just a towel.
2. Use a 4ml syringe to fill. Use separate syringes for the different colors.
3. You will refill the ink to the cartridge through the vent hole. It is located under the top label. You will need to peel it off; but if you can see or feel the impression of the vent hole you don’t have to peel the label. In that case you will have to inject the needle through the label - into the vent hole – and into the sponge.
4. Hold the syringe firmly, and in a very slow motion – inject the ink through the vent hole into the sponge.
5. Once you are done injecting the ink, keep your finger over the orange cap, or the outlet port in order to allow the ink to absorb into the sponge.
6. Release your finger from the orange cap\outlet port, and place the cartridge on a pile of paper-towels, so any excess that hasn’t absorbed in the sponge will leak out.
7. You can put a sticker or another label on top of the vent hole.
8. Place the cartridge back into the printer, and run cleaning cycles on the cartridge. Usually you can do so from the printer menu or from the software that came with the printer. Do about 3-5 cleaning cycles.
