Mi Ploter Hp T790 No Reconoce Los Cabezales

HP Designjet T790 Plotter Hp T790 First it asked me to replace the MB/Y, I changed it for a new one, now it asks me to replace all of them!! Does anyone know how to solve it, please?
It is unusual for an HP Designjet T790 plotter to ask you to replace all of the ink cartridges at once. This could be due to a number of factors, including:
A problem with the printhead
A problem with the ink cartridge sensor
A problem with the printer's firmware
To troubleshoot the issue, I recommend the following steps:
Clean the printhead. This can be done using the printer's built-in cleaning routine.
Inspect the ink cartridges. Make sure that they are properly installed and that there is no ink leaking from them.
