Why Couldn't Power Turn On?
After following instructions in the documents provided, I tried turning on the power key but only an orange light came on when pressed on power key. I can not turn on the power of my printer.

If you really followed the instructions provided in the manual, this HP Designjet T120 should be working properly. However, you also need to install the driver software to make it communicate to your computer. You can download the compatible driver software for this device here:

New installation? only amber light, no display & not initializing?..
"Printer is not booting up, its internal error.. Might be it's DOA(dead on arrival), pl log the complaint to HP customer care for support. If you are confidence on that faulty printer received, demand for the Replacement.."
