Hp Designjet 510 Error

I'm trying to load a roll of paper into the HP designjet 510. I get the error message. Right edge of roll too far from load line Press ENTER to retry Press CANCEL to abort. No matter how far I have the paper over, I get the same error message.

In some new printers, the formatter card is not installed and when the customer sends any job, System Error 05:10 or 61:05 occurs. Solution

Check in the box of the printer the formatter card and install it in the printer.
