Hp Designjet 120 Seriously Pluged Up

I bought this unit brand new. I set it up and ran some test sheets through it. It worked perfectly. I shortly there after ran maybe 20 more sheets of 8x10 through it. Everything worked perfect. At that point for one reason or another the printer was not used for MANY YEARS. I bought all new cartriges for it again because Ibelieve the old ones may have hardend or dried up. The printer will not print anything at all now. I tried runing the head cleaning maintianance program several times, that did nothing. I believe the printer is plugged solid with old dried ink. I don't know if their is any way to flush it out at a reasonable cost. I would appreciate any advice at all on this problem. I probably would not care if I had gotten some use out the printer but for all purposes it is BRAND NEW and I would like to get it working again. I thank you now for any and all time spent responding.
