i have hp 630 the windows is win7 stater but i can not use picture to wall papaer why

Windows 7 Starter Edition is EXTREMELY limited in what it can do. I "think" this is one of the limitations.

There is a way around it. You can locate the current wallpaper image in the Windows folder. Rename it, the rename your picture using the other files old name. This will fool Windows into using your picture. Make sure your picture is either BMP or JPG format.
