Hp4600 Laserjet Dtn Won't Print Unless I Turn It Off And Back On.

The printer is connected to a network. Sometimes it does print and sometimes it won't until it is turned off and back on. This problem happens with all computers connected to the printer. I have replaced ink cartridges but no change. Any suggestions?
