Is There A Way That I Can Upload Product Manuals Larger Than 10mb?

Yes. In fact, you can even upload up to 100MB of PDF manuals on a single product. That is a huge capacity for a product's manual even if it has over 100 pages. Please refer from the image I have provided below. Just read the maximum size of the manual document.
