Only Received Credit For Few Of My Manuals

Last week, I submitted over 50 manuals, for products of several companies. When I finally received my points email today, I found that I only received credit for 4 of them. I'd sent in more than 20 manuals for Acer, for instance, but I was only credited for 3. What is odd is that I did receive credit for some Alpine manuals, which I only submitted yesterday.   I did not even receive a "submission rejected" email. When I submitted each manual, I waited until the "submission complete" screen came up before I went to the next one. I do not see why I am denied my points after I spent my time working to earn them.
