How To Receive Email Notifications

I have tried several times to set up the email notification feature on helpowl.com. but still don't get any emails, even though I see questions about that product are continuously being asked when i come on here.  This is what happens: When I am on the page of that product, ie: Big Fish Games. I click on the envelope at the top of the page. A pop up window asks me to confirm I wish to receive email notifications about this product, I click "Submit"  The next screen confirms I will start receiving email notifications about the product. I have reviewed the following to ensure it is not a problem on my end: Checked the email I have on here is correct, which it is. Checked my spam folder for the notofications, none there. Added Helpowl to my email's address book. Tried to set up this notification again after waiting a couple days. Go to the 'My products" link from my profile page, but it reads I don't have any products.   Any ideas as to why I can't set up these notifications?

Are you sure you didn't unsubscribe from emails at some point?

Sorry for your problems.

Incoming mail is commonly blocked in an attempt to filter out spam (even though that email was not really spam). This blocking may have been done by your ISP (Internet Service Provider) or host, by your email program, or by special anti-spam software (which sometimes is part of an antivirus package). It could even have been done by the user [you], if you've created your own filters.

Messages thought to be spam are sometimes (but not always) diverted to a folder designated Spam, Trash, Junk, or Deleted Items. If you know where to look, go to it. Otherwise, your first step should probably be to phone your ISP and ask.
