My Help Owl Points Got Reduced?

Hello, i had around 4,000 points yesterday. When i woke up this morning and checked how's the situation going here on Help Owl, i noticed that I had 1200 points deducted from my account, leading me to have only 2800 points. Why is that? I need an accurate answer of what happened.
