How Can I Submit A Manual Through This Website?
I am sick of people telling me the same thing over and over again. I am not stupid. I know a lot about computers. I literally do not see a place to submit a manual anywhere. I perform the search like I am supposed to on the following website: https://www.helpowl.com/manual_submit.php and then I choose the product that I want to upload a manual for. Then it states "You can upload a manual for any items shown below by clicking on the item and then the "Manuals" tab on the subsequent page". However when I click the manuals tab, it just says "We have over 400,000 manuals and are adding more all the time, but it appears that we do not currently have a product manual for the HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 1010."This is what I see, again there is no place for me to submit a manual.

From your description I can only guess that Help Owl administration for whatever reason is not accepting any more manuals, or (less likely) not any more in your chosen category. If that's the case, of course, good programming would have so notified you; but sometimes the programming isn't done.
