Akanetuk is overly optimistic. A great many questions receive no answer. Unfortunately, though, Help Owl provides no way of communicating with an individual volunteer.
By all means ask a follow-up question. To increase your chances of getting an aswer I suggest you avoid the failing of other follow-up questions that assume the answerer has access to your original question. We don't.
