1. I would need an amazon account to purchase items myself, correct? 2. Once the gift card comes to my email, what do I do to redeem it? 3. Is there any other information that I would need to provide? I'd like to know this before I spend my 50000 points...

Your points can be redeemed by logging into your account and clicking on the "Redeem Points" link underneath your point total on the left-side of the page. Once there, simply follow the instructions on the page to redeem your points. I haven't redeemed any yet so not sure about redemption. 3: Not that I know of! Good luck.
