Where Do I Get More Corporate Info On Helpowl.com?

Due to the lack of any relevant company information regarding Help Owl and it's parent company; where can I obtain more information on HelpOwl and/or it's parent company Terabyte Media LLC corporate history and ownership? I am interested in things such as when this site first went online, who owns these entities, how does Help Owl make money, and/or basically the who, what, and why about this site. I am interested in developing an assessment of its long term company/site viability in this crazy Internet field as well as the general belief of getting to know more about a company that I plan on spending hours interacting with. When there is very little information on a company that is trying to make a big splash on the Internet, it tends to raise a red flag. I am just doing my due diligence before I invest hours of my time. I don't doubt that people are really getting gift cards, that is not what I am looking for. I am looking for what most websites post such as information you would find on a "About Us" web page.

- We launched HelpOwl.com in November of 2009
who owns these entities
- HelpOwl.com is owned by Terabyte Media, LLC. We own several web properties (many of which are listed throughout this site) including ContactHelp.com, CustomerServiceScoreboard.com, ManualOwl.com, DriverOwl.com, CorporateOfficeOwl.com, RecallOwl.com, ReviewOwl.com, StatOwl.com and SystemDetails.com among many others.
how does Help Owl make money
- We make money in a few different ways on HelpOwl.com. Most of the revenue is earned via Google AdSense.
basically the who, what, and why about this site
- Well, this is a bit complicated to answer completely. HelpOwl.com was developed to provide a free resource for people looking for help with the products, autos and companies they use. We find that many companies do not do an adequate job supporting their customers so it is our goal to put people in touch with experts who can provide answers. We understand that people are sometimes more inclined to offer help for something in return which is why we adopted a policy of awarding points that could be redeemed for gift cards. We also aim to provide a large volume of free resources such as product manuals, reviews, related videos, excerpts from company support documentation and much more. The site has been very successful and is, at the time of this writing, #13,511 in Alexa's rankings (http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/helpowl.com). We have also awarded over $25,000 of gift cards at the time of this writing so our contributors can share in our success as they are a big reason for it.
