How Do You Contact The Person That Answered Your Question?
Liked the answer kcmjr gave me and want to thank him. Also wanted to let him know the one phone # doesn't work and that the customer service # takes you to Taiwan where the jobs were outsoursed and the cs was HORRIBLE.

Sorry to hear your experience was not a good one. I try to research all my answers as best I can. I spend in inordinate amount of time on Google (hope my boss doesn't find out) to try and validate everything before posting. Unfortunately it's not always easy to get the right info.
