Incoming mail is commonly blocked in an attempt to filter out spam (even though that email was not really spam). This blocking may have been done by your ISP (Internet Service Provider) or host, by your email program, or by special anti-spam software (which sometimes is part of an antivirus package). It could even have been done by the user [you], if you've created your own filters. Messages thought to be spam are sometimes (but not always) diverted to a folder designated Spam, Trash, Junk, or Deleted Items. You may want to look in one of those places, or phone your IPS for help.

As you may realize, the progress toward your gift card (after you've accumulated the needed points) is in two steps. First you get the acknowlegement by Help Owl of your redemption. Then within a few days you should get the notice from Amazon that you have the gift card credit. It's not clear from your question which notice is delinquent, but it may not matter. Your credits should have been applied within 5 or 6 days of your redemption on the Help Owl site.

If you already have an Amazon account, just check your account for the credits—you don't need an email. Click "My Account" and under "Gift Cards" click "View Gift Card Balance."

If you don't yet have an Amazon account and can't locate the email from Amazon, call Amazon for assistance, at (866) 216-1072.

I have redeemed gift cardsmultiple times and never had a problem. I have noticed gift cards are typically sent on Fridays. I would wait until it has been 5 business days since I have never heard a report of HelpOwl missing a redemption.
