This is very simple. I have redeemed points many times. Just make sure you are logged into your account and then mouse-over "Account" on the top-right of any page and select "Redeem Points" from the drop-down menu. Alternatively, log in to your account (or go to your account home page at http://www.helpowl.com/account_home.php) and click the "Redeem Points" link under your point total on the left-side of the page.

That would depend upon where you got the points from. If you have a gift code number or a gift card, just log into your account and you will see a Payment section. In that section there is a link to Add A Gift Card To Your Account. Just follow the steps.
