Yes you are paid in GF (Goft cards) that can be redeemed for the points earned by you.

They don't "pay" you, per se. You can answer questions and earn points that you can redeem for Amazon, Wal-mart gift cards etc. They DO delivery and when you redeem your points, you get the card. I've done it at least a dozen times already.
