Trouble Cleaning
Hi, I just bought the 80385 hamilton beach burr coffee grinder and I'm unable to remove the removable grinding wheel as per the instructions. It says turn counter clockwise then pull up. It turns about 2-3 notches but doesn't remove. It feels like it will break if I try to turn more or force the pull.
