If you have a smartphone it's relatively easy. Take the pic with your camera. Then click on the photo and press the button usually at the bottom of the page that says share (or a symbol that looks kinda like a sideways v). This will give you options of how to send. Choose the option you want. For example, if you choose email, it will attach the pic to an email. Enter the recipients email info and a message explaining what you are sending, and then press send. If you are using another method please give further details of how you're taking pic and what you are sending with.
