I Can't Get The Top Off My Big Mouth Duo Food Processor.
Apparently I didn't align it correctly the locking symbols are on opposite sides. I can't get the top to come off at all. I've only used it ONE time! So frustrating!

We have tryd searching the solution on internet and with no luck, My advice to you is to contact hamilton to request a service manual/instructions.
