Stand Kitchen Mixer Model # 64650
What do you have to do to have your beaters reach the bottom of the mixing bowl? Also what to you do to adjust the shift and stir bowl lever, it doesn't ever adjust

To mix in the bottom of the bowl I suggest you use the mixer by hand. No info available on what would cause the shift & stir to not function. You may want to contact CS @ 1-800-851-8900 for further assistance.
