Replacement Parts
Can you purchase a new basket for this coffee maker. A piece of ours broke off .

What piece? the spring and the black plastic piece? its to be held together with a little stretchie white bit that we thought was gone until we looked closer only to find its been there the whole time, stretched onto the base of the nub thats on the black plastic piece...im not sure if yours is there to, if in fact this is your problem as well :]
