Did Hamilton Discontinue Toaster Model 24560? I Ordered A Replacement...it Look
I ordered a replacement but it is not the same. The 24560 is a bit larger & heavier with crumb trays in front. The sliders are smooth & well made. Model 24790 is cheaply made.....what happened

Yes; 24560 is discontinued. Sending either a "compliant mail" or a complaint mail to the company won't do anything for you. If you've just bought it, however, you can return the product for a refund, according to the return policy of the seller. OR if you ordered the discontinued product and received a different one, you should demand to a refund in any case.
