Toast Only One Side Of Bread.
Only toasts on one side of the bread. Not on bagel setting or defrost. 24443c

Nothing in the manual about this problem but if its not toasting on the inside & toast the outside in either slot, the center element has failed. If it's not in warranty it will cost more to repair than to replace.
