How do you remove the agitator in this machine?

Most washers have the same type of removal of the agitator. There should be a cap on the top (some models have a cup in it to put fabric softener into). Once you remove the cap, reach inside to the bottom and hopefully it will have just a wing nut, which you need to remove. You may need a wrench to remove any other type of nut. Once removed, just pull the agitator out. Reverse the procedure to re-install the agitator.
