How To Lower Temperature
When I plug the unit in, it automatically goes to 72. When I adjust the temp lower, it automatically goes back to 72.PLEASE ADV

If your cooler was installed according to pages 4-6 of the manual. I suggest that you contact Haier at 1-877-337-3639 for assistance. If the unit is new return it to the vendor. If it's less than 12 months old contact 1-877-337-3639 for warranty service. Monday-Friday: 8am-8pm ET; Saturday: 8am-7pm ET
