Beeping Sound While Not In Use

hello...Beeping sound coming when the oven has not been used for about a month or more...then suddenly the beep sound appears interval at maybe 1 min in between and then internal light lit up after a few beeps. I tried hold the on/off button for a few second and also touch the button but the beep and light still happened. read the manual but says nothing. I used the oven but same problem still.1. is this normal?2. if it is not normal, how do i fixed it.?tq.
