Remote Won't Work
OUR REMOTE DOES NOT WORK WE HAVE CHANGE THE BATTERIES AND IT STILL DOES NOT WORK. CAN WE GET A NEW REMOTE?

yea i called the number. they sent me a remote fhat isnt even close to the model number i gave them(literally think that they just reached in a box and picked one to send) cs rep was horrible. got another remote. and it still doesnt work. so im thinking that it might be an issue with the sensor? if anyone has any helpful info i'd really appreciate it! thankyou
