My Air Conditioner Is Leaking Out The Back Hole
Hi, I cannot find my manual, and my air conditioner is leaking out the hole in the back towards the floor. What should I do?

There is a drain port on the lower back of the unit and I am assuming this is where the water is leaking. Is this correct? If so, it seems as if the rubber plug is not plugged in all the way (?). I have a manual, but no mention of drain port leaking.
