Defrost Of Chest Freezer Model Bd-101g

need to know how to defrost this freezer chest. There is no pan nor any plug.

The Haier BD-101G is a manual defrost freezer, which means that you will need to defrost it yourself. To do this, follow these steps:

Unplug the freezer from the power outlet.

Remove all of the food from the freezer.

Place a towel or tarp on the floor under the freezer to catch any water that drips.

Use a putty knife or other blunt object to scrape away any ice buildup on the walls and bottom of the freezer.

Wipe down the inside of the freezer with a damp cloth.

Allow the freezer to air dry completely before plugging it back in and replacing the food.
