How To Delete Apn Att Htc Vivid

1.Go to Settings, and then tapBackup & reset.
2.TapReset phone.
3.If you also want to delete media and other data onHTC One, selectErase all data.
4.TapOK.
Performing a factory reset using hardware buttons
If you can’t turnHTC Oneon or access settings, you can still perform a factory reset by using the hardware buttons onHTC One.
1.Press and hold theVOLUME DOWNbutton, and then press and hold thePOWERbutton.
2.Wait for the screen with the three Android images to appear, and then release thePOWERandVOLUME DOWNbuttons.
3.PressVOLUME DOWNto selectFACTORY RESET, and then press thePOWERbutton.
