My Phone Won't Let Me Hear My Apps Media Or Videos On Facebook What Do I Do?

i can listen to my music and hear fine on the phone with people but even when my media volume is all the way up i still cant hear my apps media

Try this (just did it and it worked). I found the answer in another support chat. You have to do what HTC calls a "soft" reset...take out the battery while the phone is on; hold down the power button for 30 seconds; replace battery; after phone boots up check a video to ensure it worked.
