How To Get A Notification Bar Back On An Htc Rhyme Phone

Hi. You will most likely have to hard reset your device's software if the bar is thus missing. Try clearing data cache first.
Press volume down + power breifly until reset screen apear then choose the clear cache option and retry
Otherwise Press volume down + power breifly until reset screen apear then choose the wipedata/factory reset option and go that route.
